“It’s quite delicious. I love that little kind of pineapple note, almost like burnt pineapple, just a hint of it. There are also some lovely orchard fruit notes, like apple, and a bit of an apple brandy character too. I can taste something unique. It feels new.”

Had Grand Talon Barrel-Aged Rice Wine with dinner, and it worked really well. Light, smooth and not overpowering. Even my mates who don’t usually drink rice wine liked it.
