Made from carefully selected rice harvested across China, Grand Talon Rice Wine is crafted by skilled artisans in Guangdong Province using long-established methods. The wine is first fermented and matured in traditional clay vessels, where it develops a pure, delicate character and subtle golden hues.

It is then further aged in both virgin French and American oak barrels. This stage deepens the profile before the wine is carefully blended to bring balance and complexity. The aroma carries notes of Muscat, poached plum and toasted chestnut, with a gentle richness that remains clear and composed.

On the palate, it reveals layered flavours of fruit cake, Pedro Ximénez sherry and crisp apple, which linger with a clean and steady finish. The result is a wine that feels both structured and expressive, with a depth that builds gradually.

This expression reflects continued development built on centuries-old skills, combining traditional practice with thoughtful refinement in brewing techniques. It received a Gold Award at the 2022 International Spirits Awards in China, recognised for its innovative use of traditional craftsmanship and its pure, well-defined character.
