Pearl Red Shaojiu is crafted from premium short-grain rice, sourced from the northeast of China, known for its rich black soil and optimal rice-growing conditions. The spirit is fermented using pure water and traditional rice Qu, employing age-old Hakka distillation techniques. Our handcrafted approach ensures no additional flavors are added, preserving the pure and natural essence of rice.

Aging Process
The spirit is aged in clay vessels for one year, a process that smooths and purifies the liquor, enhancing its complexity and depth. This aging method imbues the baijiu with a rich layering of flavors.
